Our second Open Fitness event will take place this Sunday morning at Yuexiu Park in Guangzhou from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Yuexiu Park MTR Subway Station Exit B1, If you are looking at the road from the exit, turn Right and walk down the sidewalk. The Front Entrance of Yuexiu will be on your right.
Buy your park ticket (5 RMB). Enter the park and turn LEFT. Walk over the footbridge and along the path. You will see our group on your right. It is about a four minute walk from the park entrance to the area where we work out.
The workout (will start about 9:10 after setup and late comers arrive):
1. 10 mins of Gail Yoga
2. 20 mins of exercises
3. 20 minute fitness team-building challenge
4. 10 mins of Gail yoga
Leave after cleanup about 10:20
